For my infographic, I understood that people would look at it with generally little knowledge about the shape of global poverty, let alone my specific focus on global poverty. This leads me to try just to give an overview of the trajectory and basics. I tried to use the most direct information which would lead people to have not just an understanding of the current state of the globally impoverished but also of the way that global poverty is operating around the globe, and hopefully, this information will help readers build a base of knowledge and interest which will lead them to a journey of becoming more aware and focused on this issue going forward.
